FFP's primary task is to give support, advice and counselling to family members of prisoners, and to try to help the family member handle the situation.

FFP can do this councelling over the phone, but if you want to have an interpreter present in the conversation, the best thing is to do the councelling in our offices. Family members can come alone or several together.

If you want to arrange for a meeting with one of our councellors, call us on 22 11 41 30, send an sms to 979 66 199, or send an e-mail to and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Make an appointment before you show up!

We also answer questions on e-mail, and have staff that are proficient in English and Polish.
